Registration Details (DLfM 2025)
There are two categories for registration:
- Early bird registration (until 25th August 2025)*: €140
- Regular rate (after 25th August 2025):
€200 Reduced to €140!
Note for ISMIR attendees: It is still possible to register for DLfM during the ISMIR conference!
* Important note: At least one author per paper (short and full papers) must be registered by the camera-ready submission deadline, 16th July 2025 (using the early bird rate at €140) for accepted submissions to be included in the conference programme and proceedings.
Payment: Details and Information
Registration payment is possible via bank transfer and PayPal. The details are provided below.
If you prefer to pay in cash (KRW), please contact DLfM 2025 Local Chair Prof. Dasaem Jeong.
Please keep in mind that regardless of the form of payment, you should fill in the registration form (provided below) and forward it, together with your proof of payment, to the given email address according to the following instructions:

Please send the proof of payment to the conference registration e-mail (dlfm@fcsh.unl.pt), including the reference CESEM COL DLfM in the transfer receipt.
PAYPAL:
If you use PayPal, please send your payment to dgfc@fcsh.unl.pt, but do not forget to confirm it to the conference registration e-mail (dlfm@fcsh.unl.pt). Kindly note that any fees incurred are to be borne by the participant.
